DatHost Affiliate Program Agreement

The Program covers the games shown on the affiliate landing page and in the link generator in your affiliate dashboard. Both lists come from the same source and are kept in sync. We may add or remove eligible games at any time.

Purchases of services that are not on those lists do not earn commission, even if the customer arrived through your link.

You may promote DatHost using text links, banners, videos, posts, and similar formats on your own website, channels, and social media. Use the links generated for you in the affiliate dashboard so we can attribute referrals to you.

When promoting DatHost, you agree not to:

• Pose as DatHost or a DatHost employee, or mislead anyone about your relationship to DatHost.
• Mislead anyone about DatHost’s services or what they are clicking on.
• Generate clicks or signups through automated or inauthentic means.
• Refer yourself, your own accounts, or accounts you control.
• Spam, or post in places where promotional content is not allowed.
• Promote a discount code unless we have specifically assigned one to you.
• Bid on DatHost-related keywords in paid search, or use “DatHost” in paid search ads or destination URLs.

We reserve the right to review your promotional content and ask you to remove anything that violates this section.

When someone clicks your referral link, we set a cookie that attributes them to you for the next 30 days. If they sign up within that window, they become your referred customer for the following 24 months. Purchases and renewals during that period earn commission, depending on your plan.

We use last-click attribution: if a customer clicks several affiliates’ links, the most recent one before signup counts. Sales we cannot attribute do not earn commission.

You are on either the CPA plan (paid once per new customer) or the Revenue Share plan (a percentage of each purchase and renewal). The exact rates and which plan you are on are shown on the commission plan page in your affiliate dashboard.

On the Revenue Share plan, the percentage is applied to the order value excluding VAT and any other applicable taxes.

We may change the standard rates, the plans available, or the terms of either plan from time to time. Changes apply to commissions earned after the change takes effect, not retroactively. If a change materially reduces your rate, we will notify you in advance through the dashboard or by email.

We reserve the right to disqualify commissions in cases of breach of this Agreement, fraud, self-referrals, or chargebacks.

Commissions are paid monthly, in euros. Each month’s balance is reconciled on the 15th of the following month, after the 14-day refund window has closed on every order. Payouts are processed promptly thereafter, no later than the 25th of the same month.

If a referred order is refunded or charged back within 14 days of the original purchase, the related commission does not count. Refunds granted after that window, such as goodwill exceptions, do not affect commissions you have already earned.

The payment methods we currently support, and the details we need from you for each, are shown on the payment settings page in your affiliate dashboard. The minimum payout is €30. If your balance is below that in a given month, it rolls over until you cross the threshold. Some payout methods have a higher minimum, shown in the dashboard when you choose your method.

Before we can pay you, you must complete your payment and tax details in full. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate and up to date, and for notifying us promptly if it changes. If the details are missing, incorrect, or inconsistent with what we can verify, we may delay or withhold payouts until the matter is resolved. We cannot pay out to countries we are prohibited from sending funds to under EU, Swedish, or international sanctions.

If you have not earned any commission or signed in for 12 consecutive months, we may close your affiliate account and forfeit any unpaid balance.

Commissions under the Program are paid on a self-billing basis under Article 224 of the EU VAT Directive (2006/112/EC). We issue the invoice for your commission on your behalf, based on the details you have provided in your payment settings.

VAT is applied to your commission according to applicable tax law and the registration details you provide. Reverse charge applies where you have given us a valid EU VAT number that we have validated through VIES.

By taking part in the Program, you agree in advance to this self-billing arrangement, will not issue your own invoices for the same commission, and will notify us promptly if your VAT status, registration, or other tax-relevant details change.

The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold DatHost AB, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your participation in the Program.
• Your breach of this Agreement.
• Content, claims, or materials you publish or distribute when promoting DatHost.
• Any violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

This obligation continues to apply after you leave the Program or this Agreement is terminated.

You may leave the Program at any time by emailing partner@dathost.net. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time:

• If you breach this Agreement.
• If your activity creates risk for us or our customers.
• For any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

On termination, your referral links will stop attributing new referrals, and you will stop using DatHost branding, marketing materials, or referral links in your promotional content. Any commissions properly earned and above the payout threshold will be paid out in the next cycle, unless they have been disqualified under section 4.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and earlier versions are linked below. Material changes take effect on the date shown at the top. Continued participation in the Program after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will first be addressed through an informal resolution process. You agree to contact us at partner@dathost.net to attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If you are an EU resident, you retain protections afforded by your local consumer protection laws.
